An Infograph: The State of Women-Owned Businesses

Over the last 15 years there has been a 54% increase in the number of women-owned businesses in the United States, according to the recently released State of Women-Owned Businesses Report commissioned by American Express OPEN.  Included in the attached infograph are statistics on Chicago and Illinois women-owned businesses, as related to the rest of the country.  To read the entire report, click here.  For more information on starting your own business and being a part of the 8.3 million women-owned enterprises in the United States, click here.
