Are you caught in a web of habits?

It can be more difficult to break a habit rather than create a new one.

Sometimes doing the same thing the same way causes tunnel vision.

You’ve heard the saying, if it isn’t broke don’t fix it.

But that can’t always be your flag waving motto!

Well, at least not all the time. :)

It's possible to re-evaluate your routines in cleaning, organizing, and cooking.

This will enable you to be flexible, learn new shortcuts or make improved changes.

Choose 1 task and look at it.

How can you change this habit in order to gain more balance in your life?

“Love not what you are, but what you may become.”
