Tell us about your entrepreneurial product or service.
WRITE THIS SECOND is on a mission to bring transformative workshops into organizations already invested in community empowerment. From poetry to Body Tracings and beyond, WRITE THIS SECOND inspires us to bear witness to our lives through creative self-expression; cultivating deep-listening and manifesting clarity in any participant willing to share their hearts throughout the process.

What inspired you to launch your business idea?
I was inspired to start WRITE THIS SECOND because finding my voice through poetry, art, education and community engagement helped me to break the silent, secret, spell that kept me buried above ground and I want to help other women do the same.

What problem does your business or organization solve?
WRITE THIS SECOND breaks participants out of isolation, engages the creative process to spark transformational healing by offering a safe space to gain perspective and in the process, break free of destructive patterns.

What has been your biggest challenge as an entrepreneur and how are you working to overcome it?
I have spent the last year building the website, writing the book and creating the mission statement that puts a clear face on work I've been doing on the side for 20 years. Now, I need to connect to the organizations and communities that need me.
