For the Nut-Lover Breakfast Bar

You will need:

1 1/2 cups oats
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup pistachios
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

Mix all the ingredients together and press the mixture into a lined baking pan. Refrigerate for 2 hours, cut into bars, and serve. Stays for up to 1 week.

2) Protein Power Breakfast Bar

You will need:

1 1/2 cups oats
1/2 cup protein powder
1/2 cup rice cereal
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil

Mix together all of the ingredients and press the mixture into a lined baking pan. Refrigerate for 2 or more hours, cut into bars, and serve. Stays for up to 1 week.

3) Cinnamon Apple Breakfast Bar

You will need:

1 1/2 cups crushed cinnamon chex cereal
2/3 cup dried apples
1/2 cup almond slivers
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar

Microwave the butter, corn syrup, and brown sugar for 1-2 minutes on high. Mix the liquid until combined. Spread over the dry ingredients and mix together. Press the mixture into a lined baking pan. Refrigerate for one hour, cut into bars and serve. Stays for up to 1 week.

4) Paleo Inspired No Bake Breakfast Bar

You will need:

1 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raw pine nuts
3 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 cup creamy almond butter
1 mashed ripe banana
1/2 cup canned pumpkin

Blend the almonds, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, and raisins in a food processor. Add in the coconut and process to combine. Take the combination out and mix with the remaining ingredients. Press the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour. Cut into bars and serve chilled.

5) 4 Ingredient No Bake Breakfast Bar

You will need:

4 cups oatmeal
1 cup dried fruit (chopped apricots, cranberries, blueberries, etc…)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut butter
**Optional – you can also add 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 1/2 cup any nuts, or other flavors that you like

Over low heat melt the honey and peanut butter. Pour the melted liquid over the oats and dried fruit. Mix until combined. Press the mixture onto a greased baking sheet. Refrigerate for 1 hour, cut into bars and serve.
