What does ALL Media do? Tell us about your entrepreneurial product or service.

ALL Media is a boutique advertising company, helping small to mid-size consumer brands with all their advertising needs.

What inspired you to launch ALL Media?

After working for 10 years at an advertising agency, I noticed that their goals started to change as the company grew. They were having the account executives only focus on accounts that spent over a certain amount of money in advertising. This meant the smaller brands had to go. The big agency wouldn’t give them the time and the smaller brands also couldn’t afford their fees. This made me realize, if I had my own agency, then I could help these smaller brands with their advertising, media needs and help to educate them with the marketplace.

What problem does ALL Media solve?

I help small brands grow to be the larger brands that they aspire to be. I educate them on the media marketplace, relationships with publishers and vendors, and private equity relationships. I also guide them if they need help with financing and PR introductions. I am an extension of their marketing team. I develop a partnership which I believe is more valuable than an agency/client relationship.

What has been your biggest challenge starting ALL Media and how are you working to overcome it?

There was so much to learn when I first started – setting up contracts legally, state and local taxes, and finding a trustworthy accountant. My initial investment to start the company was $5,000. I’ve always been very money conscious since starting this business. I made sure to book at least 5 meetings if I had plans to travel to the city. I’m all about maximizing time and expenses. My time at Women’s Marketing helped me to determine potential clients who need my help as opposed to those who just want to pick my brain. A mutual respect is important to me and also integral in growing my business.

Give us one word that people might use to describe you.


What milestone do you hope ALL Media will have surpassed one year from now?

I hope that I can hire more people to work on accounts and service the clients. Earning new business is one of my favorite things to do, but I also need to service my existing accounts as well and make sure they are well taken care of. It would be great to find good people who understand how we can make a difference.

Relationships are key. I wouldn’t be where I am today if it weren’t for my relationships. 100% of my business in the last few years came from referrals. Always be willing to help others too…it goes both ways.
