Tell us about your product or service.
My company is all about career and business planning and brand management.
I offer coaching services, for women who are starting businesses, need help with setting fees, marketing planning, business and branding coaching, and helping them with developing careers.
I also lead and facilitate entertaining and content-rich workshops and offer public speaking services.
As a published author, I was able to write my first book called “Operation Womanhood”, a work designed to help women integrate their professional and professional purpose.
I offer corporate solutions such as providing outplacement and transitional career services for companies with the displacement of employees.
What inspired you to launch your business?
I’ve always been an entrepreneur at heart and my love of producing different streams of income and to educate and train others in their businesses, launch great careers, and navigate their purpose has always brought me joy.
But in a concrete sense, my daughter is and has always been my motivation and inspiration. I produce because of her and her dependence on me. I want to be a great example and to let her know that she can use her “girl power” to establish a legacy on this earth.
What problem does your business or organization solve?
My clients usually struggle with fear and loss of hope or not enough support. They have tried and struggled with their business, their brands, and their output of services and need assistance on how to solidify their image and attract clients or customers to bring them business. In turn, I help them come up with a strategy, a concrete timeline, and resources for them to move forward and become purposeful and profitable.
What has been your biggest challenge and how are you working to overcome it?
My biggest challenge was thinking that I could reach beyond my circumstances and actually go for it. I had a fear of success. My coaching was touching so many people and they felt so much motivation that I feared making that choice of “corporate traditional career” or “entrepreneurial freedom”. The CHOICE was a fear.
Give us one word that people might use to describe you.
I would have to use a phrase – “spiritually motivating”.
