Minou Kids is an online shopping destination showcasing the best emerging brands in kids clothing, accessories, decor and more. At Minou Kids we’re on a mission: creating a one-stop shop the extraordinary woman knows she can trust to find the very best from up and coming boutique brands and artists. We LOVE design and style, and we know our favorite brands will become yours.

Great Things You Should Know About Minou Kids

What inspired you to launch Minou Kids?
We wanted a place like Minou Kids to shop for our children. Our friends also supported the ideas. Furthermore, We wanted to keep our professional skill sets, develop new skills and stay relevant to the workforce within our industries: retail and marketing. Since we launched we have not had a dull moment! We learned so much and most importantly we love what we do.

What problem does Minou Kids  solve?
Our goal is to create a seamless (and incredibly fun) user experience for our customers. Our website is design for our muse: the extraordinary woman. She’s stylish, she looks for exclusive pieces and never has enough time in a day. We want to make it quick and easy for her to buy the things she loves for her children. We are currently up-dating our mobile platform to also provide a mobile seamless experience.

What has been your biggest challenge as an entrepreneur and how are you working to overcome it?
Learning the e-commerce game and what drives sales. Shifting our focus to what converts our customers into a buyer.

Finding good partners. We spent money on people that did not do much for us. It took us a few months to find the right consultants for our business.

At this stage (we are one year old) we need to start thinking about bringing an employee on our team to help with creating relevant content and doing other maintenance tasks to keep our website and content current and exciting.
