Tell us about your entrepreneurial product or service.
Puroso was created out of necessity. We all have 801 purses in our closets, under our beds, in the car….. purses, purses everywhere! Pursos is an app where people can sell, buy or just browse purses. It’s the only app that is just exclusively for purses.
What inspired you to launch your business idea?
The idea came to me after a day of spring cleaning. After cleaning out my closet I thought, “there needs to be an app where you can post a picture of your unwanted purse and sell it.” And, Abrakadabra – Puroso was born!
What problem does your business or organization solve?
We solve the issue of us all being Purse Lovers! Now we have an easy and convenient way to sell our unwanted purses, make a little money, then buy more – right from our iphone.
What has been your biggest challenge as an entrepreneur and how are you working to overcome it?
Our biggest challenge right now is just getting the word out. Puroso is brand new, so we are utilizing social media and great blogs like Project Eve to help spread the word and introduce people to Puroso.
Give us one word that people might use to describe you.
How has Project Eve helped you and/or your business?
I love following @ProjectEve on twitter because they are a leader in providing information to women entrepreneurs regarding running a business. They always post great business tips from social media, to networking and marketing.
Give us an insider tip that relates to your industry or startup story.
If you have an idea…. Go with it – Create it! :)
