Tell us about your entrepreneurial product or service.
Hi, I am author, publicist and artist manager Tenisha Younger. My services are publishing books, handling legal documents for musical clients and innovating new trends. I secured some of my clients deals with Warner Brothers Music Group.
What inspired you to launch your business idea?
I simply have a love for music and writing. What inspired my gift the most was learning to read & write at 3 years of age. Writing is a pivotal part of my life. Creating new words helps me to reinvent myself.
What problem does your business or organization solve?
Being an artist manager allows me to select records, handle royalty issues, write promo articles and discover talent. I interact with tons of record labels and resolve dispute issues.
What has been your biggest challenge as an entrepreneur and how are you working to overcome it?
One of my biggest challenges in the entertainment field is being one of few women behind the pen.I attend several board meetings representing for females worldwide. My male counterparts highly respect me and value my contributions. I am a great leader and team player. What helps me the most is that I never lose my identity. This business for me is 95% business and 5% pleasure. My grandmother Ora always instilled in me that can’t does not exist.

How has Project Eve helped you and/or your business?
Project Eve has helped me in numerous ways. It honors women and gives them exposure. It highly promotes our craft. I look forward to speaking at upcoming events to promote my new book and jewelry line which is Delicate by Daphne c/o Kitsy Lane.
