Tell us about your product or service.
Titan Smokescreen are designed to fit most pipes manufactured, including all brands of vaporizers. There is a screen for any pipe you may use: your favorite old corn cob, wood, metal, glass, or water pipe.

What inspired you to launch your business?
Titan Smokescreen was created in the living room of co-founder Catherine Montgomery in Los Angeles. As her husband was changing his pipe screen, he reached for a replacement and commented that when it comes to metal pipe screens, there are not a lot of choices. Cheap 5 in a bag for $1 was the only choice available at any smoke or tobacco shop. And that a pipe screen should last more than 3 days. Shortly after that coversation, brand and product development began: find a high quality metal pipe screen alternative that would last longer than a week. In the process of conducting research and testing of over 100 different metals, a new idea developed: Metal pipe screens also need to be safer and healthier for patients who have been prescribed and smoke medical cannabis.

What problem does your business or organization solve?
Titan Smokescreen & VapeScreen are specially designed to elimate all the drawbacks to metal pipe screen use. Highest quality high temperature stainless steel, larger diameter wire, tighter weave, no chemical coatings,
higher melting point, best corrosion resistance level available. THEY ACTUALLY REPAIR THEMSELVES!

What has been your biggest challenge and how are you working to overcome it?
Initially Titan Smokescreen’s challenge was changing mindset about using metal pipe screens. Titan was able to overcome this challenge by continuing to provide retailers the science , information and marketing materials showing the differences between low quality screens and the Titan Smokescreen.

Titan has an established customer base and following in Los Angeles, but would like to expand to add retailers and develop more products that promote safe and healthy smokng experiences. Expansion is based upon a demand in California , West Coast and other states in the USA where cannabis is legal for either recreational or medical use. To meet this demand, Titan will need to engage distributors, retailers and investors.
