We are based in Orange County, California and serve clients internationally.

What inspired you to launch your business idea?
After graduating from Berkeley and going through classic Gen Y job hunt woes, I helped run the web design department at WebFacility, my family’s hosting company. This experience inspired me to find a solution that would allow me to apply my skills to solve our clients’ most common web-related concerns.

What problem does your business or organization solve?
I decided to start Gravitas to connect the capabilities of the web with the potential of brand strategy. With this idea in mind, we’ve made it our goal to help firms small and large reach the optimal balance of
(Code + Art) x Strategy

What has been your biggest challenge as an entrepreneur and how are you working to overcome it?
My greatest challenge as an entrepreneur has been realizing that I initially need to work on areas beyond my expertise. But the optimal solution has been to do what I’m best at, and delegate the rest.

Give us one word that people might use to describe you.

How has Project Eve helped you and/or your business?
The concept of the Project Eve community is one that needs to be encouraged, invested in, promoted, and given much attention to. Although I am a new member, I believe this is precisely the type of effort and engagement that will propel our careers forward with the support we grant each other.

Give us an insider tip that relates to your industry or startup story.
Relating to web design: do what works for your audience. The latest ground-breaking and innovative designs may not always be the best fit for your audiences’ needs.
